Valatam has created a generous referral plan to thank clients who spread the word about Valatam's services and reward new clients for trusting us with their hiring needs.

DEFINITIONS

Client: organization or individual who has effectively contracted Valatam’s services. 

Referrer or Program Member: Active Client who makes an introduction to a New Client.

Referral: organization or individual who wishes to engage the services provided by Valatam.

Part-Time project: Projects set with a volume of 20-39 hours per week.

Full-Time project: Projects set with a volume of 40+ hours per week.

BENEFIT FOR REFERRER OR PROGRAM MEMBER

The Client who makes the introduction will receive a thank you bonus from Valatam. The Referral Bonus amount depends on the number of hours set for the project.

  • For referrals of New Clients who hire our services part-time, the referrer will receive a US$400 Bonus.

  • For referrals of New Clients who hire our services full-time, the referrer will receive an US$800 Bonus.

CONDITIONS 

  • Referrals are considered successful when a Referral contracts (and pays for) our services for a minimum period of 2 full months.

  • Valatam’s referral program considers only the first team member hired by the Referral.

  • Referral payouts are made in US dollars via ACH payment on the first Friday after the initial 2 months of service have been worked and paid for by the Referral.

  • The Referrer or Program Member is required to be up to date with payments with Valatam to receive the bonus. The bonus will be withheld by Valatam while awaiting payment of overdue or open invoices.

  • Should any invoice be overdue for 30 days, Valatam will use the referral bonus to reduce the debt, and the Finance department will send the updated balance to the Client.

  • Should the Referral’s project change between Growth size (40+hrs/week) and Support size (20-39hrs/week) during the initial 2 months of services, the bonus will be adjusted to an amount that reflects the change.

REFERRAL STAGES


  • A Referral is Added when they fill out a Contact form using a Member Link.
  • A Referral is Qualified when they hire our services and start activities as a Valatam Client.
  • A Referral is Approved when they pay for our services for a minimum period of 2 full months.
